Our new sustainability strategy has been formed from an in-depth materiality survey encompassing focus groups, surveys and data from across our business and the wider flooring industry. It focusses our sustainability efforts for the next five years on four core areas which we identified with the help of our customers and our people.
We are still committed to producing the same high-quality product and unrivalled design that our customers expect, but we are committed to doing so with a smaller environmental impact.
